As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in the development of Virtual Family Space, working closely with the Programme Manager, Team Manager and Virtual Facilitators to revolutionise the way we support parents and carers. Your creativity and expertise will be put to use in supporting the team with administrative tasks, supporting the facilitation of online programs that empower and uplift families across different regions and being the point of contact for service users.
Your impact will not only extend to existing projects but also stretch into pioneering new pilots. You'll have the opportunity to support brand-new programs, ensuring outcomes are captured and reported on.
You will be involved in providing technical assistance during program delivery, including tasks such as managing breakout rooms, conducting polls, recording outcomes, utilizing Milo boards, engaging with Menti, and ensuring seamless video and link integration. The ability to rapidly and effectively grasp and navigate these applications will be of utmost importance.
Your role will involve assisting service users as their initial contact for program enrolment and addressing any technical challenges they encounter. Your responsibility will be to guarantee that our digital services cater to a diverse audience with different requirements, making them inclusive and easily accessible to all.
Your support will be integral to the successful rollout of these pilots.
Furthermore, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, which includes tasks such as recording meeting minutes, maintaining action logs, generating purchase orders, contributing to the development of engaging materials in a creative manner, and arranging meetings.
