Inside Sales Representative [South Korea]

Littelfuse Korea is looking for an ISR for customers in Korea. Provides service and support to customers and the outside sales team. Builds strong relationships with existing and potential customers. The position will be based in Korea.
About the job:
  • Facilitate pre and post sales activities including Quote, Pricing, Sample (40%) New customer account set-up and customer information management; Quote request & renewal (Pricing adjustment), Sample request & coordination; Work with customers and internal teams on purchase order verification, review price related issues, credit/debit

    Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales, and recommend pricing adjustments; Research competitive pricing to understand market trends. (20%)
  • Customer interface and internal issue coordination (20%) Address product issues and errors, identify solutions and recommend actions to ensure customer satisfaction; Follow up with purchasing/sales/engineering; Act as a point of contact for building and managing relationships with customers
  • Support customer report and request (15%) Report generation (Backlog report, Delivery report); Environmental Certificate request, Technical Inquiry, Qualification support, Documentation request (COC, COP, Inspection Report), etc.
  • Customer surveys (5%)
About you:
  • Education Requirements: bachelor's degree
  • 3 years+ experience in sales or customer service related to electronics market & industry
  • Required SAP system experience/usage
  • Written & speaking communication in English
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary
