We have an amazing opportunity for a French speaker to live in sunny Lisbon, and work as a Customer Support Agent for a major insurance provider. This is a great chance for someone looking to spend the Summer in the Sun or relocate your life to somewhere where the sun is out most of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and chats from clients seeking information about their insurance policies.
- Process client requests, including updating policy information in our administration system and sending correspondence to insured individuals.
- Assist with policy changes, updating payment details, processing claims, and handling cancellation requests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken (C1, C2)
- Strong communication skills in English (B2)
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Back Office tasks
What we offer:
- €890 per month (14 months)
- Performance bonus: €100 per month
- Other Bonus €60 per month
- €7.23 per day in food card - an extra €159 per month
- Relocation package : Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months and Apartment Room with rent of 280€ for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)
- Monday to Friday – 7:30 am to 8 pm
