Selling holiday accomodation telephonically

Confidently engage n telephonically
Achieve sales and call time targets
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Knowledge of Opera and Genesys is an advantage
Experience with online booking platforms i.e., Booking.com, Expedia
Excellent telephone manner with people skills
Excellent written and verbal communication ability
Well spoken, professional and presentable
Confident with guests, agents, and operators
Computer literacy essential
Highly organized and efficient
Flexible, initiative-taking individual that is driven
Passion for exceptional service in the Hospitality Industry
Performer that thrives under constant pressure and with the ability to prioritise
