Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Area Management
- Covers assigned doctors and hospitals.
- Relentlessly looks for new accounts.
- Prepares itinerary for approval of superior.
- Communicates and summarizes orders of end users to respective customer service representative.
- Forwards purchase order to CSR.
- Monitors consignment returns unused items to warehouse with proper documentation of SPOF.
2. Sales
- Identify sales funnel with business unit supervisor and manager.
- Conducts product presentations and demonstration.
- Monitors sales target.
- Attends product convention
- Notifies bidding team with upcoming bidding.
- Attend pre-bid, forwards minutes of meeting to bidding.
- Helps prepare bid documents (technical specifications)
- Attend opening of bids.
- Present accomplishment in monthly BR.
3. Customer Management
- Conducts end user training
- Works with Biomed Team to ensure proper installation.
- Works with warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
- Submit product evaluation to marketing.
- Answers queries and concerns of customers.
4. Performance Management and People Development
- Knows, abides, and adheres to all company policies.
- Assesses own performance for mid year and year end.
- Initiates accomplishment of individual development plan.
- Attends training program.
May conduct other duties from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Medical course.
- With at least two (2) years’ experience in handling/operating medical equipment/device.
- With Sales experience in hospital, pharmaceutical or medical industry for at least (2) years.
- Fresh graduates who are willing to build their career in Sales may be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven, Passionate, Customer-Focused and Goal/Result-Oriented.
- Adept in Microsoft Applications and execution of reports.
- Must be willing to travel and do field work.
- Can start ASAP.
