Cash Management Representative
Job Description
Tradeview Markets - a globally recognized financial services provider, Forex broker/dealer - is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cash Management Representative. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial systems and procedures. The Cash Management Representative will provide support and report directly to the Head of Cash Management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing daily bank cash reconciliations.
- Process client deposits and withdrawals at payment service providers and bank accounts.
- Assist in documentation requests when onboarding new payment provider relationships.
- Support brokers with questions regarding deposits and withdrawals.
- Analyse reports for accuracy in platform transactions and assist in error resolution.
- Provide backup support to the general back office as required.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business management.
- 1-2 years of work experience related to treasury, cash management and/or accounts payable.
- Knowledge of FX and broker dealer operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
