Administrative Clerk [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide wide varieties of administrative & property and personal support to CEO;

· Liaise with external parties and internal staff for the organizational, personal and social functions / meetings of the CEO on dynamic schedule;

· Coordinate projects and arrange business meetings with internal and external parties;

· Manage closely day-to-day activities including calendar management, business appointments and client meetings;

· Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned;

Job Requirements:

· DSE or above;

· 2-3 years' of relevant experience is preferred;

· Experience in handling travel arrangement and office admin will be an advantage;

· Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;

· Strong sense of responsibility, multi-tasking, detail minded and good interpersonal skills.
